Lumpy polish

As a professional detailer for 25yrs and a user of your polish for 8, this time the polish is separated and lumpy. I have shaken it for a long time and it won’t mix properly. I emailed you and was told you have a new component in your polish and you are working on getting it smooth again. For me, if the components can’t mix properly no matter how much you shake it, is it doing the job properly of being a paint protectant? I won’t be purchasing again until I can see it’s smooth. I have a photo but no means of putting it in this review.
